• Standard road transfers are offered on a shared, return basis and operated in Toyota Quantum minibuses.
• Transfers are not offered with our Early Morning and Sunset Safari programmes.
• Pick-ups and drop-offs are from all Cape Town city centre hotel establishments.
• Please contact reservations for other pick-up locations.
• Duration of transfers are approximately 2.5 hours depending on the pick-up and drop-off locations and time spent at the half-way restroom stop.
• Private transfer rates are added to the standard per person rate.

• A minimum of 2 pax apply to all options of transfer and travel / flight times are estimates as travel is per route, and not time.
• Aircraft and vehicles may change due to availability or number of pax.
• Flights are weather dependent and may be changed to road options should flights be cancelled.
• Standard payment and cancellation terms apply.
• In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a booking, travel insurance must cover our cancellation terms.
• In the event of any flight delays or cancellations, Aquila Private Game Reserve is in no way responsible for any loss whatsoever. Please ensure adequate travel insurance is taken out to cover any eventualities.
• All fly-in transfers will be quoted based on the date of visit, pax and other factors.
• Our safari consultants will quote on request. 

• All transport bookings must be confirmed no later than 15:00 on the day prior to the scheduled reservation. Requests received after this cut-off time cannot be guaranteed.
• Final pick-up times and locations are communicated to guests the day before travel.
• All guests are required to present a valid identification document or passport at the point of pick-up prior to departure.
• Guests must be ready at their designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to the confirmed collection time.
• Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time before departing, after which the transfer will be forfeited with no refund applicable.
• Failure to arrive at the designated pick-up point within the allocated time will result in forfeiture of transport, and guests will be responsible for arranging their own travel to the reserve.
• Late arrival may result in missed safari activities, with no refunds applicable.
