About our conference venue
The main conference venue features a 125m² indoor space, complemented by a thatched circular outdoor boma area, ideal for informal sessions or social functions. Two additional breakaway rooms are available for smaller meetings or group work, offering flexibility for a range of event formats.

Catering and Bar services
Buffet-style lunches are served in one of our on-site restaurants, offering a relaxed break in a comfortable setting. For added convenience, a finger-fork lunch option can be served directly in the conference centre.
To keep delegates refreshed throughout the day, tea, coffee, and light snacks are provided during designated tea breaks.
A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is also available and can be arranged to suit your event needs.

Aquila’s conference centre is a leading executive getaway and function venue near Cape Town, South Africa. Our versatile facilities offer a variety of room set-ups to meet your specific requirements. The main venue features an in-house catered buffet area, two breakaway rooms, and seating capacity for up to 92 attendees.

Aquila offers a range of activities and facilities to complete your corporate experience. Between meetings or team-building sessions, groups can enjoy Big 5 safari game drives, private safaris, quad bike and horseback safari experiences, buffet-style meals, and access to the infinity pool, wet bar, and other guest facilities. Halaal-friendly facilities are also available, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all guests.
Transport
Aquila offers return minibus transfers from Cape Town to the reserve. Please enquire about our pick-up and drop-off locations.
Private shuttle transfers (not shared) are also available upon request.
