Responsibilities

  • Managing and training the front office staff
  • Ensure that the front office desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests 
  • Dealing with guest queries
  • Staff scheduling
  • Ensure that the front office is run smoothly and efficiently

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Grade12 
  • Computer literate (Innkeeper experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Previous front office management experience essential 
  • Experience in managing staff 
  • Willing to relocate (accommodation included)
  • Preferably single candidate required
